I’ve spent most of my career sitting at the intersection of operations, creative production, and project leadership. Which usually means translating between designers, developers, leadership, and clients so everyone can do their best work.
It also means I’m the person making sure
the work moves forward
the team isn’t drowning
and the plan still makes sense three weeks later.
